We are pulling together your favorite online sellers from Instagram, Facebook, Viber, etc. to gather on one site: TippyMart. Now, it is easier to search for your desired food items and compare them with one another, making it faster and more convenient to order online.

After completing a transaction, buyers will have the option to leave a review. Reviews will help other buyers gauge the quality of the product and/or the seller. We encourage everyone to help each other locate their great finds on TippyMart!

Seller Concerns

Although who to order from is the buyer’s discretion, TippyMart provides a verification badge to sellers who have submitted the requirements needed to guarantee eligibility. We also provide other store badges to sellers!

TippyMart values the buyers’ trust; thus, should any fraudulent transaction occur, please report it to us immediately. We shall try our best to communicate with the seller. However, please be reminded that we can neither guarantee a refund nor a response.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms vary from depending on terms of the seller. For shipping information, communication is key! Please coordinate with the seller you are buying from.

TippyMart does not handle any product selling or shipments. For inquiries on the status of your order, please communicate with the respective seller.

This depends on what the seller offers. For shipping inquiries, please communicate with the seller you are interested to buy from.

For shipping and/or meet-up concerns, please refer to the product listing or the seller’s store policies. You can also communicate directly with the seller.

Payments

Payment options vary per seller. You may click the product you are interested in ordering to view available payment methods.

TippyMart is a platform to connect buyers and sellers who love food; thus, payments and order confirmation shall be handled by the respective sellers.

Cancellation, Exchange/Returns or Refund

For Exchange & Return or Refund issues, please refer to store policies of the sellers or coordinate directly with the respective sellers.

Cancellation of orders varies from seller to seller. For cancellation issues, please refer to the product listing or the seller’s store policies. You can also communicate with the seller directly.

Do’s and Don’ts:

Do’s

  1. Always answer in a friendly manner.
  2. Make sure that the answer to be copy pasted from here is appropriate for the customer asking the question. The conversation must always give off a friendly vibe to the customers.
  3. Answer in less than 10 minutes. Our response rate plays an important part in the overall impression our users will have for us. Customers must always feel that we value and we prioritize them at TippyMart.
  4. Keep all messages or information gathered from the customer confidential.

Don’ts

  1. Don’t copy and paste the same answer, even when the customer asks the same question. Instead, in a friendly manner, indicate that the details to his/her questions are stated in the previously sent message.
  2. For angry customers with inquiries, don’t take what they say personally. Instead, answer the question in a calm and friendly manner.
  3. If the customer’s question is not provided here, don’t make up answers on your own. Instead, ask the question to your supervisor or manager and construct the answer in a friendly manner.
  4. Don’t suggest answers that should be agreed upon and communicated between the customers and sellers. Instead, just copy and paste the answers from here, or if the answer is not appropriate for the customer’s tone, indicate in a friendly manner, that they should communicate with the seller with regards to the issue they are having.
