Knowledgebase: How to Filter Products by Category, Payment, Delivery & Product type

Having trouble looking for certain products in the same category?

Follow these 4 easy steps to filter products and easily find what you are looking for.

Step 1 Go to Products

From the seller dashboard, click on the Products tab on the left portion of the screen.

Here in the products page, you can see a list of all your products. 

Step 2 Click on the Chosen Filter

You can choose to filter the products in using the various filter types in Tippymart!

You can select the category filter, payment filter, delivery filter, and product filter.

Step 3.1 Search by Category

Enter at least 3 characters of the category.

This will show the categories that match the keyword entered.

You filter your products by searching for the following categories – Baking & Spices, Condiments, Cravings, Drinks, Fresh, Frozen, Fruits, Meals, Meat, Packaged, Ready to Eat, Seafood, Specialty, Vegetables and Uncategorized. 

Step 3.2 Search by Payment Method

You can also filter your products based on the payment method you have selected for the products.

You can only filter your products under one payment method at a time.

The available payment methods are the following – Bank Transfer, BDO, BPI, Cash on Delivery, GCash, Paymaya, and Unionbank.

Step 3.3 Search by Delivery Type

Next, you can filter your products based on delivery types or duration of delivery. 

Avaiable options are: > 3 days, < 3 days, Next Day Delivery, Pre-order or Same Day Delivery. 

Step 3.4 Search by Product Type

Here, you can filter products based on their product types namely simply product, variable product or bookable product.

Step 4 Sort Products

In addition to the given filters, you can also sort your products by SKU, Price, Number of Views, and Date posted. 

Products will be sorted ascending which means that price will be arranged from lowest to highest just by clicking the gray arrows beside the word price.

Step 5 Use the Search-bar

If you are looking for a specific product, you can use the search function on the top right side of your dashboard. 

Just enter any of the product’s details, it can be the product name, SKU, price, and category to find the products with those details.
