Knowledgebase: How to Add Payment Methods & Delivery Types

Customers can be very specific on the payment method and delivery type that they want. It could be the deciding factor between buying from you or your competitor.

Considering to add more payment methods and delivery types would increase your chances of being preferred by your customer.

You can remove prior accepted payment methods and delivery types here as well. 

Step 1 Go to Products

The products tab is located on the left side of the seller dashboard.

Here you can see the list of all products that you are selling. 

Step 2 Choose a Product, Edit

Choose a product you wish to edit.

Click the edit button that’s in line with the product.

 Step 3.1 Tick a Payment Method

In the payment method box, tick your preferred payment methods.

Step 3.2 Tick a Delivery Type

In the delivery type box, tick the delivery types that you want to add. 

Step 4 Edit the Description

Remember to notify your customers of the changes made to avoid confusion! Customers want to always be updated. It keeps your business’s reputation at a nice level. 

Step 5 Click Submit

Lastly, Submit everything so you can go back to business. 

You can also edit multiple products at the same time by re-uploading the edited CSV file using the import or bulk upload tool.

Just make sure the update existing products box before uploading in order to edit your existing products.

And that’s it! A notification will pop up to confirm your successful alterations.
