Knowledgebase: How to Add/Change Avatar Photo

Your avatar photo is different from the store logo that you upload under the settings tab.

Your avatar photo is private and can only be seen by you.

If you are handling different accounts for your different stores, it can signify which account you are using or simply put a personal touch to your account. 

Step 1 Go to Your Profile

Select your profile icon on the upper right side of your screen to access your profile settings.

Step 2 Click Image Box

Your current avatar photo is displayed on the right side of the page. If you have not uploaded a photo yet, it will appear blank. 

Click it to open the prompt to change the picture. 

Step 3 Select Photo

The prompt will display the pictures that you currently have on your account.

If the picture that you want is not there, you can choose to upload a file by clicking the upload file button. 

Step 4 Upload Photo

You can drag and drop pictures into the field to upload pictures or you can click select files to choose files from your device.

Don’t forget to pick your favorite photo of yourself.

Step 5 Set Photo

Once you upload the photo, it will appear in your media library. If you’re satisfied with the photo, click select to set it as your new avatar picture.

Step 6 Click Save

So that your change appears on your profile, click save on the bottom right of the page. Your new photo will now appear in the upper right corner of your seller dashboard. 

And there you go! You now have your avatar photo to greet you every-time you log in to your seller dashboard.
