Adding Staff Managers
Having trouble keeping up with orders?
Maximize your productivity by adding staff managers to handle your TippyMart store!
Step 1 Go to Staff
The staff tab is located on the left side of the seller’s dashboard.
This is where you can manage your staff’s information and add or delete staff.
Step 2 Click Add New
On the right side of the dashboard, there is a button to add staff as you wish, depending on your plan.
Step 3 Input Staff Information
Here, you can record information about your staff and even control what they can access in your Tippy Mart negosyo!
Enter the staff’s username and email. The password will be automatically generated and sent to the staff email entered.
Step 4 Click Custom Capability
Custom Capability allows you to limit a user’s capability to access, modify, and manage your store information.
Turn on or off switch beside the details to allow or restrict access to that particular feature.Â
Note: Having the capability turned on will allow your staff manager to access that function of TippyMart while having it turned off will hide it from your staff manager.
Step 5 Click Submit
Don’t forget to recheck the details before submitting!
And you’re done! you have now added your first staff manager.Â
Removing Staff Managers
As the owner, you can remove staff managers from your store through your account.Â
Bear in mind, once a staff member is removed it cannot be undone and will no longer appear in the staff members list.Â
Step 1 Select Staff to Remove
It’s really hard to remove a staff, but if need be, it has to be done.
Step 2 Delete Staff
Click the trash button in line with the staff’s name to remove the staff permanently.
Step 3 Click OK
Click OK when the prompt notification pops up. The staff will no longer be able to log in using their credentials.
And there your go! Now you know how to add and remove staff managers from your store!
