Keeping your personal information accurate is important as you are not only a seller, you are also a buyer and to be able to purchase items from different sellers, you have to input your true and correct information.
If you need to update your personal info, you can do so by going to your profile settings.
Step 1 Select your Profile icon
Your personal profile is separate from your store profile. Select your profile icon on the right side of your screen to access your profile settings.
Here, you can access your personal information, add your social media information, change your membership plan and get your account verified.
Step 2 Click Personal
The personal tab is automatically the first page to show up in your Profile.
This contains your basic personal information such as your name, e-mail, phone number, and an about write-up.
Step 3 Edit Information
You can edit your personal information on this page and even set a new password in case you forget it!
Your can also upload your personal avatar here.
You can also do a short write-up about yourself or some photos or videos to build a friendly atmosphere for visitors.
Step 4 Click Save
Click save on the bottom right of your screen to save your information.
