Knowledgebase: How to Check Low Stock/Out of Stock Items

Products selling out fast?

Don’t fret. TippyMart can help you monitor which items you are running low on.

Step 1 Go to Reports

From the leftmost side of the seller dashboard, click on the reports tab.

Step 2.1 Select Low in Stock 

Here, you can see four options to choose from: sales by date, sales by product, low in stock, and out of stock.

Select low in stock to view items that have stock quantities of 3 and below. 

Step 2.2 Select Out of Stock

Select out of stock to view items that have you have no stock left of. 

Step 3 Edit Stock Quantity

Look for actions on the right side of the screen, and you will be able to see 3 functions to use.

View redirects you to the details of each item. Edit allows you to change the details of each item such as price, description, product category, and catalog visibility. Delete lets you remove the item from your product listing.

Step 4 Download or Pirnt

You also have the option to download or print the entire out of stock or low in stock list of items. 

You may choose from the three formats to download the reports: PDF, Excel, and CSV.

And there you have it! You can now monitor your out of stock or low stock items and make sure that you’re always ready to accept orders!
