Therefore, it is important to always check your notifications and inquiry tab to make sure you don’t lose any potential customers by leaving their questions unanswered.
Here are 4 simple steps to be able to send a reply to your customers’ inquiries.
Step 1.1 Select Inquiry Tab
To quickly view your inquiry board, simply go to your seller dashboard and select the question-mark icon in upoer right corner of your dashboard.
Step 1.2 Go to Home
Another way you can find view your inquiry board is by selecting the Home tab. Here, you can find an overview of your sales, notifications, Inquiries, store stats, and announcements.Â
Step 1.3 Select the Inquiry
Scroll down to the Inquiry tab and click the inquiry that you want to reply to.Â
Step 2 Compose Message
Here you can see the user’s inquiry and the item he made the inquiry about. You can then compose your reply in the message box.Â
