Knowledgebase: How to Reply to Customer Inquiry/Inquiries

Answering customer questions can make or break your buyer relationships.

Therefore, it is important to always check your notifications and inquiry tab to make sure you don’t lose any potential customers by leaving their questions unanswered.

Here are 4 simple steps to be able to send a reply to your customers’ inquiries.

 

Step 1.1 Select Inquiry Tab

To quickly view your inquiry board, simply go to your seller dashboard and select the question-mark icon in upoer right corner of your dashboard.

Another way you can find view your inquiry board is by selecting the Home tab. Here, you can find an overview of your sales, notifications, Inquiries, store stats, and announcements. 

 

Step 1.3 Select the Inquiry

Scroll down to the Inquiry tab and click the inquiry that you want to reply to. 

 

Step 2 Compose Message

Here you can see the user’s inquiry and the item he made the inquiry about. You can then compose your reply in the message box. 

 

Step 3 Click Send

Before you send your message, you can tick the stick at product page box if you want to post your reply in your  product page under the inquiry tab. This is to reduce the amount of similar questions you might receive later on. 

After clicking the send button, you will receive a confirmation prompt that your message has been sent successfully.

And you’re done! Answered inquiries will be removed from your inquiry tab in the seller dashboard. You can now view your answered inquiry on your product page!
