Knowledgebase: How to Download, Print & Update Orders

As a seller, it’s important to keep track of all your orders. Organizing orders by statuses makes it easier for you to make sure all orders are being processed and accounted for.

You can easily do this through TippyMart’s Orders tab in the Seller Dashboard.

Step 1 Go to Orders, Find Orders

From the seller dashboard, click the orders tab to view all your orders. You can use the filter option on top and the search bar when searching for particular orders.

You can view orders by date, by product, or by order status. You can even search your customer’s name or location in the search bar. 

To view the complete details of the order, simply click the eye icon in the action column on the right portion of the screen. 

Step 2 View Order

Here you can find the customer’s name, address, email and contact number. You can also check their orders and total for payment. 

After taking note of the customer’s order, you may also leave them a message through the note box.

Simply write you message, select private note to keep this as a reminder to yourself, or note to customer to notify your customer about something, and lastly, click send.

You also have the option to upload jpeg, png, gif, doc or docs files you might need to send your customers as confirmation or receipt of order. 

Step 3 Select Order Status

To update order status, simple select your desired status in the drop-down menu. You can set the order status as Pending Payment, Processing, On Hold, Completed, or Refunded.  

Step 4 Click Update

Once you have indicated the correct order status, you may click update to complete the procedure. A prompt will appear saying that the order status has been updated.

Step 5 Mark as Complete

After processing and delivering the order, you can now mark it as complete. You can repeat steps 1-4 and select complete as the order status in step 3 or you can simply go back to your order list and select the check icon to mark as complete. 

A prompt will appear asking you to confirm this, simply click ok. 

Step 6 Download or Print

For a more convenient way to keep a record of all your previous orders, you have the option to download or print your order list.

You may choose to download pdf, excel, and csv ffile versions of your order list. Simply click your desired file type to download, save and view offline.

To print your order list, simply click the print button and select a printer to proceed to printing. 

And you’re done! You have officially taken your first order! Cheers to selling more products and making more money!
