Setting your store policies is crucial since this will serve as your standard operating procedure for your business.
These rules also allow your customers to know what they could expect from you and you won’t have to repeat it to every customer anymore.Â
Here’s how you can set your store policies.
Step 1 Go to Settings
From the Seller Dashboard, click on the settings tab located on the left side of the screen.
Step 2 Select Store Policies
Click on the Store Policies tab which has a van icon next to it.
Step 3 Input Store Policies
Type in the policies you wish to implement with regards to shipping, refund, and cancellation/returns/exchanges.
Under shipping, you can include mode of delivery available, delivery fee, and who will book the courier.
You can also include your process for refund, cancellation, returns and exchanges. Â
Additionally, you may add media such as photos, videos, and audio to the policies for more information.
