Knowledgebase: How to Add Products

First of all, congratulations on creating your seller account!

Now it’s time to upload a product. Here are 6 easy steps for you to follow.

Step 1 Login to Seller Account

Fill up your username and password. Check the remember me box so you don’t have to manually input your information every time you log in. 

Step 2 Go to Seller Dashboard

From the homepage, simply click seller dashboard or your profile photo on the upper right portion of your screen.

Step 3 Go to Products; Add New

Once you’re in your seller dashboard, click products on the functions tab on the left. You then click the add product button on the upper right corner of your dashboard. 

Step 4 Select Simple Product as product type

Next, select simple product for individual product posting. 

There are three product types:

1. Simple Product – products that have no variations.

2. Variable Product – products that have different variations and prices.

3. Bookable Product – products that can be ordered in advance and delivered on a selected date.

Step 5 Add Product Info

Enter important details such as product title, price, image and select categories that your product falls under.

You can also add product weight, size or quantity on the short description field.

You can enter a more information about your product in the description field.

Then select the payment methods and delivery type applicable. 

You also have the option to add your product brand and manage your stock amount. 

You also have the option to add your shipping policy, refund policy and cancellation/ return / exchange policy. 

Step 6 Click Submit

After reviewing all product details, simply click submit button on the lower right side of your screen to publish your product. You can also select draft to save your product info and publish it later on.

And you’re done! Congratulations! You can now view your products on the TippyMart website and start selling you products online!
