Knowledgebase: How To Use Vacation Mode

Need to go on leave? Don’t forget to notify your customers! Here’s how:

Step 1 Go to Settings

From your seller dashboard, go to the Settings tab then click Vacation Mode.

Step 2 Turn On Vacation Mode

Tick Enable Vacation Mode.

Tick Disable Purchase. By ticking this, it will notify your customers on the product page that you are on leave and your products are not available for purchase at the moment. 

Step 3 Choose Vacation Type

Instant close puts your shop on vacation mode instantly.

Date wise close lets you choose to schedule the days where your shop will be inactive/closed.

Step 4 Leave a Vacation Message

Don’t forget to leave a message for your customers to be notified that you are on vacation!

This message will show up on your shop and product page.

Step 5 Click Save

Click Save to update changes.

To disable vacation mode, simply untick Enable Vacation Mode then Save and your shop will resume operations!
