Like any successful businessperson, it’s a good practice to view your sales reports regularly from different periods of time.
By analyzing your sales, you get the best idea of your store’s performance. But sometime’s it’s so hard to keep track of it all.
Well now you don’t have to do this manually anymore because TippyMart automatically generates your sales report which you can review anytime.
Step 1 Go to Reports, View Sales by Date
From the Seller Dashboard, click the Reports tab on the menu bar to the left.
In your chart, you can see your gross sales, average daily sales, number of orders, and number of items sold.
Gross Sales is the total amount of income you generated from selling goods. Average Daily Sales is calculated by dividing your gross sales by the number of days you made the sale.
You can view your sales report by date, by product, low stock and out of stock at top most part of the page. By default, you are viewing sales by date.

Step 2 View Different Variables
You can adjust your sales report view using the legend bar of the different sales variables at the bottom of the page.
Simply click on the color box before the variable to remove that variable from your chart view. In this case, we clicked on all the color boxes except for order counts to view only the number of orders we received.
To return your view of the other variables, simply click on the legend boxes again.
Step 3 Select Sales Period
You can adjust the period covered in the graph by selecting by Year, Last Month, This Month, Last 7 Days or a Custom Date Range.
Select your desired sales period to view your sales report. If you are just starting out as a seller, you can view your sales weekly and analyze it.
If you have been selling for some time now, you can view sales this year to get an overview of how well your business is performing in terms of sales.
You also have the option to customize your own sales period.
Just click on the search bar to make the calendar appear and select your desired start and end date.
Step 4 Print Sales Report
Now that you have selected your desired variables and sales period, you can now download or print your sales report.
Simply click the print button on top of your chart and save your sales report in PDF or print directly by selecting a printer.
