Encourage your customers to leave reviews on your page for other customers to see.
Good customer feedback can pull new customers to purchase from you as well.
Recognizing their opinions and ratings can also help you improve your products and services.
Step 1 Go to Storefront
From your Seller Dashboard, go to the rightmost side of the search bar, and hover the cursor on to your TippyMart store logo.
From there, you will see your store name appear below the Hello greeting.
Click on your store page name below the Hello greeting. The page will then go from your seller dashboard to your storefront.
Step 2 Go to Reviews
The storefront will showcase all the necessary information like products, policies, social media links and store location for customers to know more about your store.
Click on the reviews tab to view your customer reviews.
Step 3 View Review
Under the reviews tab, you can see the customer’s name and the ratings given by the customer under different 5 factors: feature, texture, quality, delivery and support.
You can also see the product that your customer gave a review on and click on it to view the product page.
And There you go! Share your store link to other platforms so customers can easily be directed to purchase your products on TippyMart.
