TippyMart offers automated sales reports to our sellers so you easily view your sales activities. You will also have staff managers depending on your membership tier, and an access to our Knowledge Hub which contains training, blogs, and webinars for your store’s improvement.
Sellers can upload their products with any device, as long as they have access to the internet. Just go to www.tippymart.com and sign up as a seller!
First, you need to set up your account. After this, you can start posting products by uploading them on the Products tab in your seller dashboard.

Buyer-related Concerns
Unfortunately, we do not have any control of the buyers’ actions. However, should such an occurrence happen, please report it to us through our Contact Us page. We will do our best to contact the buyer and receive a response.
Yes.
If you are a buyer and you encountered a problem with your order, you can reach out to sellers by using the Support Tab and submitting a ticket.
If the seller is not responding or your complaint is directed towards the seller, you may send TippyMart Customer Support a message: support@tippymart.com
If you are a seller, and you have concerns on the TippyMart platform, you may message the website admin.
Should you have complaints against a buyer, you may email it to us: support@tippymart.com
All reviews can be viewed and added on the product page reviews tab.

Yes, you can! We welcome all kinds of sellers at TippyMart. The platform is very user-friendly and has all the business tools you need, so you can get your shop running in no time!

Any food products that are not included in our prohibited items list are permitted to be sold on our site.

When buyers/sellers contact customer service for support, a support ticket is created. When the issue is resolved, the support ticket is considered closed.
You can check your transaction history by clicking your profile photo, which will redirect you to your Seller Dashboard.
Membership
TippyMart is currently offering the Pioneer Membership for a limited time only. To view the features and sign up, click here.
Should there be updated membership plans, TippyMart will notify sellers through email on how they can update their plans.
To be a verified seller, you must receive a minimum of 3 positive reviews and you must have sent a copy (1) of your government ID.
To get your verification badge, please click here.
If your bronze,silver, or gold store badge disappears, it may mean that your membership plan has expired. TippyMart will send sellers an email regarding membership changes.

Posting Items
Product posting is completely FREE!
Product upload expiration is dependent on the seller’s membership plan. TippyMart shall carry a certain product for a maximum of 1 month for our Pioneer Membership.
There’s no need to wait! Products will immediately appear on the site as soon as sellers post them.
There is no maximum price for a product as we do not dictate the pricing, but we trust that our sellers will be posting their products with fair prices. If there are issues with price hiking, customers can come forward with their concern by reaching out to us here.
Payment and Shipping
As TippyMart is merely a platform for sellers to post their food items, we do not handle any buyer-seller payments. Payment options are decided by the sellers.
Sellers may use any courier they wish. However, we recommend looking for a trustworthy and reliable courier that can ship your items properly.
Sellers are free to decide their own payment and shipping methods.
No worries! You can pin your location at the location search bar.
Payments are sent directly to sellers, therefore it depends on the sellers’ accepted modes of payment.
You can scan the products you are interested in by category, location, payment method, delivery type or product name. Simply click on the product you like and click buy.

No, TippyMart is not limited to Metro Manila only. However, delivery coverage still varies as delivery options are dependent on sellers.
Yes, you can purchase products as a seller but you will not be able to see your order history.
You can add new payment details by editing the product with the payment details you wish to change. Click Payment Methods, tick your chosen payment method, and then click “Submit.”
Marketing & Promotions
Absolutely! Watch out for chances to be featured. TippyMart may send details through email, as well as our Viber chat and Facebook group for sellers.
Yes! You can offer discounts to your customers by clicking Products on the leftmost side of the Seller Dashboard. Click the product you want to be discounted, schedule your discount dates, and then click Submit.
You don’t need to have other social media accounts of your store in order to sell at TippyMart, but, if you do, you can include them in your TippyMart storefront!

Do's
- Always answer in a friendly manner.
- Make sure that the answer to be copy pasted from here is appropriate for the customer asking the question. The conversation must always give off a friendly vibe to the customers.
- Answer in less than 10 minutes. Our response rate plays an important part in the overall impression our users will have for us. Customers must always feel that we value and we prioritize them at Tippymart.
- Keep all messages or information gathered from the customer confidential.
Don'ts
- Don’t copy and paste the same answer, even when the customer asks the same question. Instead, in a friendly manner, indicate that the details to his/her questions are stated in the previously sent message.
- For angry customers with inquiries, don’t take what they say personally. Instead, answer the question in a calm and friendly manner.
- If the customer’s question is not provided here, don’t make up answers on your own. Instead, ask the question to your supervisor or manager and construct the answer in a friendly manner.
- Don’t suggest answers that should be agreed upon and communicated between the customers and sellers. Instead, just copy and paste the answers from here, or if the answer is not appropriate for the customer’s tone, indicate in a friendly manner, that they should communicate with the seller with regards to the issue they are having.
