Exchange Alley Coffee House (E.A.C.H)

Located at Molito, Alabang, Exchange Alley Coffee House, or “E.A.C.H” is labeled as a “specialty coffee shop” which has a niche target market catered around coffee lovers. E.A.C.H began its operations in December 2016, serving espresso, cold coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. 

Single-origin coffee such as Mengaya Coffee, Bukisa, Liberica, and Snoozei decaf are also offered, but they are mostly known for originating from other parts of the world. EACH also has a fair share of savory food to complement their coffee. Categorized on three sets, small/medium plates, large plates, and appetizers & sharing. Two Eggs Ben, Two Eggs Royale, Salmon Rice Curry, and Chick & Chips are their recommended delicacies. 

Caferista 

Caferista can be found at 11 Brixton Street, Kapitolyo, Pasig City. Its location might be quite exciting because Kapitolyo is known for its emerging trendy restaurants and vast diversity of options for food lovers with very limited parking. 

The bike-themed cafe with a mix of colorful surfboards gives an ambiance for adventure and stress-free environment. Their coffee menu offers a wide range of uniqueness from Military Matcha, Iced Latte, Flat White, which is ranged around from P150 to P200. Their famous rice bowls such as Wagyu Cubes Rice Bowl, Bacon Slab Rice Bowl which costs around P250 to P350 will surely give you a full stomach.

A “third wave” coffee shop that resembles the excellence of their customer service and the real story that comes behind the cup. The main method of creating their coffee is “Aeropress”, which affects the aftertaste and concentration of the coffee coming from the rubber plunger. Habitual coffee focuses on local beans primarily coming from Benguet. 

The main process of their orders is to choose between what kind of coffee to chose from Sabalan Benguet, Sitio Belis Benguet, Sitio Naguey Benguet. After the selection of a coffee source, the customer decides to have it Aeropress or have it over the brew. Lastly, the customer decides what the final flavor of coffee to choose from. With a price range from P150 to P200 pesos, Coco Latte, Sea Salt Caramel Latte, Iced Black, and Cortado are among the famous choices. Chocolates hailing from South Cotabato are also used as the source of their hot and iced chocolates. 

Sugar Toast and Grilled cheese are also available to match with their coffee. Habitual Coffee has branches from Salcedo Village and Fourth Floor of Uptown Mall in BGC. 

Common Folk

Common Folk can be found at 9 Katipunan Avenue, White Plains, Quezon City. Once entering you will notice a sense of minimalism and stress-free ambiance with its unique interior design. Flat White Iced Chai Latte, Cappuccino, and Cafe Mocha are some of the drinks offered in their coffee menu which has a price range from P130 to P160 pesos. 

They have savory and sweet treats for their customers too. Say Cheese one of their famous sandwiches has three edge cheese attached to it with tomato sauce and chips on the dip as its side. Bacon and Egg Carbonara and Ham and Pepperoni Pizza are also available for its Italian menu. Oreo Pie, Milk + Cookies, and Chocolate Fudge Brownie are well known for their sweet treats. The menu of Poison Coffee and Doughnuts can be quite intimidating at first,  but it is unique! This is the only coffee shop on this list that offers Ramen on their menu.
